Thank you for shopping with FanFan Atelier. We are a small boutique, and each order is packed with care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

During launch periods, weekends, holidays, or high-volume times, processing may take a little longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on the order and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. FanFan Atelier is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, FanFan Atelier is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and help resolve it as fairly as possible.

Packaging Note

Some woven, soft, or flexible hats may be lightly shaped or packed for shipping. When you receive your item, gently reshape it by hand and allow it to rest before wearing.
